ABOUT CREEW

Making friends as an adult shouldn't feel this hard.

CREEW was founded in 2024 after years of watching people struggle to build meaningful community. The networking events felt transactional. The friend apps felt forced. And showing up solo to random meetups? Awkward at best.

So we built something different: a platform designed around how real connection actually happens. Not through icebreakers or algorithms, but through shared experiences, intentional design, and spaces where people can show up as themselves.

CREEW isn't about collecting contacts. It's about finding your people.

What We Stand For

Experience-Driven

Real connections happen through shared experiences, not online interactions. Every CREEW event is designed using behavioral science and community-building principles—we know what actually works to help people connect.

Whether it's exploring new interests, trying something creative, or just vibing with people who get you, our experiences are built to create lasting bonds.

Genuine Over Performative

We value face-to-face connections built on authenticity. No networking energy. No surface-level small talk. Just real people forming real relationships through shared moments.

We create intimate communities and spaces—most CREEW experiences are designed for small groups of 10-12 people because that's where real connection happens. We're not filling conference rooms or throwing massive mixers. We're building spaces where you can actually get to know people, not just collect names and move on.

Community-Focused

CREEW isn't run from a corporate headquarters. Every city is led by locals who live there—people who understand what their community needs and what's missing. Our hosts build experiences they believe in, partnering with local businesses, venues, and creatives to create something real. No carbon-copy events. No one-size-fits-all model. Just authentic community, built by the people who live it.

Building Sustainable Community

CREEW doesn't sell friendship - we invest in the infrastructure that makes friendship possible.

Every event ticket supports the facilitators who design experiences, the coordinators who ensure quality and safety, and the venues and supplies that create memorable moments. It also funds our accessibility programs - free and low-cost events that keep CREEW available to everyone, regardless of budget.

Here's what we believe: Community curation is skilled labor worth compensating. Sustainable infrastructure requires fair pay, not volunteer burnout. And transparency matters - you deserve to know where your money goes.

All social activities cost money (dinners, run clubs, trivia nights - it all adds up). We're just honest about ours and ensure it goes toward building lasting community, not corporate profits or data harvesting.

We're not a nonprofit by design. Sustainable businesses create sustainable impact. When you join CREEW, you're not buying friends - you're investing in a space where real friendship can happen.

MEET THE FOUNDER

MEET ALLENA

Allena Natchez Fleming is the founder and CEO of CREEW—a social wellness platform designed to solve the loneliness epidemic facing millennials and Gen Z through community experiences.

Originally from New Orleans, Allena has lived in Chicago, Houston, and cities across the country. With each move came the same challenge: making meaningful friendships as an adult. That personal struggle became the catalyst for building CREEW.

With over a decade of experience in event production, community building, and marketing strategy, Allena has worked with large-scale events, music festivals, and experience-based brands. She's produced multi-city tours, managed festival operations, and built her own marketing studio working with leading brands to create compelling, experience-driven campaigns.

CREEW was born from a simple question: why do some friendships last while others fade? Allena dove into behavioral science and community-building research to understand how real connection happens—and used those insights to design a platform that makes it easier for people to find their people.

Today, CREEW creates intimate, intentional experiences both in-person and virtually, helping people build the lasting connections they've been looking for.

When she's not building community, you can find Allena traveling or exploring new ways to bring people together.
