CREEW is a little different. We build each other's visions. Someone on the team has an idea for an experience their community wants, and we come together to bring it to life so it feels local and real. Our production and creative strategy people are part of the plan from the very first idea, not just the day-of. So there's a place here whether you want to dream things up, shape them, or make them happen, and a lot of the work happens from anywhere.
We're a startup, and we're building toward paying people for what they do. Some sessions and experiences already pay and some are not, and for bigger projects we set pay per person once the team and the budget come together. You'll always know upfront whether something is paid and roughly what to expect. We talk about it before you commit, every time.
